We are restarting surveys, market assessments, inspections and viewings from Monday 4th January 2021. Our Bishops Park office will be open and it will be ‘Business as usual’ – although our office hours may be impacted from time-to-time. We will do our very best to keep you all updated on any changes to office hours or relevant contact information.
We will of course be adhering to the strict government and social distancing guidance and will continue to offer our virtual viewing and appraisals where possible.
The safety, health and well-being of our employees and customers is still our number one priority. We seek to give assurance of this by following the UK Government’s safer working guidelines and through risk assessment.
VIRTUAL PROPERTY VIEWINGS & VIRTUAL VALUATIONS
“We are fully equipped with Video-Tour technology that enables us to be able to comprehensively ‘Video-View’ each of our property listings. We can also provide 3-D Floor plans – a useful tool that provides users with more insight into property layouts & configurations. Despite our staff being appropriately equipped with PPE equipment (when requested to visit a property internally), we can also provide our clients with ‘Virtual Valuations’.
